Good Neighbor Fund gratefully accepts donations to support our mission of providing essential health and mobility services to our community. We accept the following forms of contributions:
We reserve the right to decline any donation that is inconsistent with our mission, values, or that we cannot effectively utilize.
Good Neighbor Fund is applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. While our application is pending, donations may be deductible retroactively once our status is approved, but we cannot guarantee this. Please consult with your tax professional regarding the deductibility of your contribution.
Once approved, we will provide donation receipts for all contributions of $250 or more, and for smaller amounts upon request.
Charitable donations are generally non-refundable. However, we recognize that errors can happen. We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@goodneighborfund.org within 30 days of the donation date.
Donors may request that their contribution be used for a specific program (e.g., Wheelchair Ramps, DME Grants). We will make every effort to honor such designations. However, to ensure we can fulfill our mission effectively, Good Neighbor Fund retains full discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.
If a designated program is fully funded or discontinued, remaining funds may be used for other programs or general operations.
We are committed to protecting our donors' privacy. We will not sell, rent, or trade our donor lists. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
